Refund policy

We are here to help 🙂

We accept the return of unused products within 10 days of purchase with no questions asked. For exchange, if the requested size is not available, we will refund the full amount to your card/bank account/wallet.

To return or exchange, all items must be sent back to us in their original, unworn condition with tags intact and the original product packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund. Items not sent back in the requested state will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive the items, a refund will be initiated within a period of 24 – 48 hours via bank transfer. For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit will be issued which can you used for future purchases.

Please Note: We do not provide a replacement as a result of incorrect use, normal wear and tear, fading as a result of UV exposure or damage caused by external factors such as stones, water, fire, etc.
